Parish Mission
The mission of St Thomas More parish is to be a diverse, vibrant and welcoming community that provides a fertile spiritual ground for everyone and anyone to grow their Christian faith and to commit itself with love and wisdom to proclaim the joy of the gospel to all.
Our vision is to reach out with love to our neighbours and support them in their needs and the challenges they face.
St. Thomas More's final words were "The King's good servant, but God's First". Adhering to the beliefs and spirit of St. Thomas More, our parish community aims at bringing about Christ experience to all those who participate in the celebrations as ‘People of God’. It is a warm, welcoming and generous community which consists of various nationalities, young and not so young, from all over the world. This community has been an instrument and sign of peace, joy and fellowship for nearly 35 years in Glenfield.
On behalf of the Parish I extend a warm welcome to this family. It gathers around the table of community, bread of life, love and friendship and a common humanity seven days a week.
